Il apparait pour la première fois dans le livre de Job. Aucunes formes précise ne lui ai attribué. Cependant certaines images l'illustrent comme un énorme serpent de mer. Il serait à l'origine de cataclysmes térrifiants capable de modifié la planéte et d'en bousculer l'ordre établis.
